Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Ad-Efficiency (operated by Serann Limited, a company registered in England & Wales , Company No. 13457476, registered office 182-184 High Street North, Office 16521, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom) holds about you. You have two options: self-serve disconnection in-product, or a written request to our privacy inbox.
Option 1, Disconnect a platform in your dashboard
Inside Ad-Efficiency, open Settings → Connections, choose the advertising platform you want to remove (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Amazon, GA4, Merchant Center, Shopify, etc.) and click Disconnect. When you disconnect a platform:
- Your OAuth token is revoked immediately;
- Cached data pulled from that platform is scheduled for deletion;
- No further requests are made against your account on that platform.
Option 2, Full deletion request by email
To delete your entire Ad-Efficiency account and all associated data, email us at privacy@ad-efficiency.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Ad-Efficiency account;
- The company name on file (if known);
- Whether you want to delete everything, or only specific connected platforms.
Our process:
- We confirm receipt within 72 hours and may ask you to verify identity by responding from the registered email address;
- We complete deletion within 30 days, including from primary systems and rolling backups;
- We send a final confirmation once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, login credentials and user settings;
- OAuth tokens and API credentials for every connected platform;
- Cached advertising data, reports, audits and recommendations generated for your account;
- Support and communication history tied to your account, subject to legal record-keeping obligations;
- Backups: purged on our rolling backup rotation, at the latest within 30 days of the primary deletion.
What is NOT affected
We only delete our copies of data. Your accounts on Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Amazon, Shopify and any other advertising or e-commerce platform remain untouched, including your campaigns, historical performance, spend records and settings inside those platforms. To delete data held by those platforms directly, use their own account and data-deletion controls.
We may retain a minimal set of records where legally required, for example, invoices and tax records for the retention period mandated by UK tax law, and records needed to defend or establish legal claims. These records are stored separately, access is restricted, and they are not used for any other purpose.
